If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue may be required.

Non-Refundable Items:

Items damaged due to misuse.

Products returned without prior approval.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
